Healing for the Earth
The Ogallala Aquifer is part of the High Plains underground water table that spans parts of eight states, including South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. It supplies about 30 percent of the nation's ground water used for agricultural irrigation and drinking water for 82 percent of the population living in this region.
A nuclear dump site in west Texas, now receiving radioactive waste from across the country, is putting the Ogallala Aquifer at risk for contamination.
On the New Moon, Sunday May 20, I propose that we do a group meditation or journey to support the underground waters of the Ogallala Aquifer. On this date at 8:30 pm your local time, meditate or journey to your Helping Spirits and transfigure into your divine light. Together we will go to the waters under Ogallala, Nebraska. Connect with the Spirits of the waters and see them in their divine perfection; be with them in their perfection.

 Full Moon Meditation or Journey: To Heighten Your Connection to the Cycles in Nature The full moon is May 6. On this day a group of people all over the world will join their light and energy to one another to create a human web of light. In this connected space they will meditate or do a Shamanic journey to honor and use the powerful energy of the full moon. Please read about this monthly ceremony and "Creating a Human Web of Light."I am asking you to join us in a meditation or journey. Focus on creating deep luminous roots into the earth to support the web of light that embraces our great earth.
 The people of Las Vegas, New Mexico in Mora County have taken to the legal and political arena to fight for the rights of their community and natural resources. They are working to pass a landmark ordinance that makes it unlawful for any corporation to engage in the extraction of oil, natural gas, or other hydrocarbons within the city of Las Vegas and its watersheds. It contains a number of ground-breaking provisions, one of which, holds that wetlands, streams, aquifers and other water systems possess inalienable and fundamental rights to exist and flourish within the city. On the New Moon, April 21, I propose that we do a group meditation or journey to support the wetlands, water systems and aquifers of Mora County, in northern New Mexico. On this date at 8:30 pm your local time, meditate or journey to your Helping Spirits and become transfigure into your divine light. Together we will go to the waters of Mora County . Connect with the Spirits of the waters and see them in their divine perfection; be with them in their perfection. I will see you with the Spirits of the water in Mora County!
 One of the major aspects of Shamanism is our connection to nature. A way to help you feel apart of nature is to honor its cycles. The energy of the moon has a cycle with a very strong gravitational pull, especially on water as seen in the ocean's tides. Each month I post meditations or journeys that you can do to mark different phases of the moon. At this time of the month we will be observe the full moon. I am asking you to bring your awareness to its very strong energy in this phase and to work in community with thousands of people who are journeying or meditating at the same day and with the same intention you are. The Full Moon is Friday, April 6th. On this day meditate or do a Shamanic Journey and connect with all the people who are joining you to create a human web of light. Focus on the body feelings of this experience; a felt sense of your inner light. Be a beacon of light. Don’t visualize feeding the web of light that connects us all -- be that light. Let us all make our transfiguration or inner light work a full body experience. I will see you in the Human Web of Light on April 6th!
I am especially happy to be writing to you on this very special day. In the Mayan calendar it is the day of Highest Magic. So as you go through your day take moments to notice the glorious magic that is woven throughout your world.
Each month I send out a newsletter with articles, thoughts, tips and tools. Later in the month I send out Shamanic Journeys or meditations that you can do. One is a follow-up to My Thoughts, others are done on the Full Moon or the New Moon.
My hope is that every day as you travel along your life's path, you become more and more aware of the world around you and understand your deep connection to the cycles of nature. The journeys I provide are tools for you to use as you explore along the way.

If you know how to journey, take up your drum or rattle, or if you prefer you may sit quietly and meditate on this question:
Go to the Spirits of the land where you live and introduce yourself. Ask them what you can do to be more in sync with them.
In the days to come be aware of what you were told in this journey and feel your connections to the earth. See how your world changes as your perceptions change.

 Full MoonThe full moon is March 8. At any time on this day (or many times) let us journey or meditate to connect. Join our hearts and divine spirit together to weave the web of light that connects us all. Let us radiate divine light and universal love throughout the planet. Experience the radiation of light going deep within the earth feeding all the roots of life that connect us all. Let us continue to deepen our knowledge of our own divine light while we feed and nurture the web of light. Let us invite the spirits of nature to join our full moon ceremony as we create a human web of light. Experience the divinity of the elements working with us as we build and deepen our connection to all things.
 New Moon
The new moon is March 22. On this date at 8:30 PM your local time we will do a group Shamanic journey or meditation to honor the Spring Equinox, which is March 20. Together we will become our divine light. We will carefully plan what we wish to see grow in our inner gardens. Then we will set an intention to plant seeds with love and mindfulness. Finally We will plant seeds with intentions, words, and thoughts that contain the creative potential of peace, love, light, and unlimited opportunities.
We are the gardeners of this great planet earth!
 Do a Shamanic Journey or meditation to your Helping Spirits and ask them what words you need to speak or thoughts you need to ponder more often to bring your energetic vibration into resonance with your goals or dreams.
 The Full Moon is Tuesday, February 7. Let us come together to set our intention to wake up from the collective trance. Focus on your spiritual light and join our community in radiating that light as we continue to weave a web of light within and throughout the earth.
Let us hold our community in light helping to heal those in need. Remember the exponential power of working in community. As we hold an intention together the power of our work is multiplied. Dream once again of the unlimited potential that we came in with as humans and let us support each other in manifesting our potential together.

In the past few months we have done several New Moon journeys to the earth in places where there have been earthquakes. I am noticing that there have been a string of earthquakes in very unusual places including, Ohio, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. These are all areas are near natural gas drilling sites, where waste water from the mining process call hydraulic fracturing is being dumped back in to the earth.
At the beginning of the New Year there were two significant and identical quakes in Youngstown, OH. There is speculation that the dumping of the fracking waste water is allowing an ancient fault to shift.
On Monday January 23rd for the New Moon I would like us to journey to support the earth in the Mahoning Valley, Youngstown, Ohio. On that day at 8:30 pm, your local time, journey to your Helping Spirits, transfigure and go the Mahoning Valley to meet all of us who are doing this journey. Take time on this day to embody your light, connect it with the moon and with others doing this work to create the web of light around the world. Bring light into the darkness! To read about creating a human web of light click here. Welcome in the new season by celebrating the Winter Solstice on Wednesday, December 21. Honor the time of darkness as a time for hibernation or deep reflection. It is the time when the seeds of ideas or dreams that we have planted gather their growing energy. The New Moon is Saturday, December 24. On November 9th a second earthquake struck the eastern portion of Turkey. This was the second quake in two weeks. On Saturday, December 24 I am proposing that we journey to the tectonic plates underneath the land in Eastern Turkey. At 8:30 PM your local time journey to the spirits of these tectonic plates, transfigure to become your divine light and join your light with the others who are doing this work, to become one light. Connect with the Spirits of these tectonic plates and experience them in their divine state.
_New Moon is Friday November 25 . On this day I propose we do a journey to support the land in Eastern Turkey where a 7.2 earthquake struck Van, Turkey on Sunday October 23, 2011. At 8:30 pm your local time journey to the Spirits of the land in Van, Turkey. Transfigure to become your divine light and join your light with the others who are doing this work, to become one light. Connect with the Spirits of that land and see them in their perfection. The Full Moon is Thursday November 10 .
